NTA UGC-NET June 2021 Junior Research Fellowship JRF, Assistant Professor NET Exam Notification 2021
NTA UGC National Eligibility Test NET Notification 2021: Due to postponement of December 2020 UGC-NET in view of COVID-19, the schedule of June 2021 UGCNET has been delayed. In order to regularize the UGC-NET examination cycles, the National Testing Agency (NTA), with the concurrence of UGC, has merged both UGC-NET of June 2021 cycles so that they be conducted together in CBT mode. The Application process is therefore being reopened for the new applicants to fill in and submit their forms.
NTA Central Board of Secondary Education invites online applications from the Indian Nationals for the award of JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) NET and appointment for Assistant Professor NET by conducting an Eligibility Test NTA UGC NET Exam. This Test will be held for the Junior Research Fellowship NET and Lecturers NET for the subjects of Chemical Sciences, Earth, Ocean, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences. Interested candidates submit their application form through online from 10-08-2021 to 05-09-2021 using the official website of NTA www.nta.ac.in. NTA UGC NET December 2020 for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship Exam Notification:
The candidates applying for JRF/ Assistant Professor need to give NTA NET June 2021 Examination. Candidates who are qualified in JRF NET will be eligible for Lectureship (NET). This exam will be held twice in a year. Candidates are advised to see the notification for application details.

Required Qualifications for NTA UGC Test 2021:

Age limits for NTA UGC Net Exam June 2021:
For JRF: Not more than 31 years as on 01.10.2021 (October 1, 2021)
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ PH and Women candidates is 05 years.
For Assistant Professor: there is no upper age limit.
Exam Pattern for NTA UGC NET Test June 2021:
National Eligibility Test NET 2021 consists of 3 papers (A, B, C) conducted on the same day for 200 marks and the time duration is 3hrs.
Part A: This Part Consists of General Aptitude with emphasis on Graphical Analysis, logical reasoning, analytical & numerical ability, series formation, puzzles, quantitative
Part B: consists of subject-related MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions).
Part C: consists of higher value questions to test the candidate’s scientific knowledge/ application of the scientific concepts.
Syllabus & Scheme of the Test:
MCQ based test will be held for 200 marks. The subjects are listed below:
(i) Life Sciences
(ii) Earth, Ocean, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences
(iii) Chemical Sciences
(iv) Mathematical Sciences
(v) Physical Sciences
NTA UGC NET Test will be held at 27 centers, which are mentioned below.

Application fee for NTA UGC Examination June 2021:
Application fee for general candidates is Rs.1000/-, for OBC candidates is Rs.500/- and for SC/ST/PH or VH candidates is Rs.250/-.
