Eligibility Criteria – AP CID Home Guard Jobs 2025

Local Status:

• Must be a local resident of Andhra Pradesh (Refer to Annexure-I of the notification)

Age Limit (as on 01-05-2025):

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 50 years
  (As per SSC certificate)

Gender Eligibility:

• Both Male and Female candidates are eligible.

Educational Qualification:

• Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board.

Technical Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Typing, etc.

Driving License:

• Must possess a valid LMV or HMV Driving License.

Physical Standards – AP Police Home Guard Jobs 2025:

• Men: Minimum 160 cm height
• Women: Minimum 150 cm height
  (Relaxation up to 145 cm for ST women)

Character and Antecedents:

• Must have satisfactory character; verified by the police department.

Medical Fitness:

• Should be physically and mentally fit.
